The ChefPaw Model CP3A comes with a 2-year warranty from the original purchase date through an authorized vendor. Please retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase for any warranty claims. In case of a material or factory defect occurring within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must present the defective device, purchase receipt, and provide a brief written description of the defect and when it occurred. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will return a repaired or new product to you. Please note that a repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period, and the warranty is not renewed after a claim.

Warranty Expiration:

The warranty will be void if:

1) The product is damaged after the original delivery.

2) The product is used improperly or stored incorrectly. It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully for proper product operation.

3) The product is opened or disassembled by anyone other than the manufacturer.

4) More than 2 years have passed since the original purchase date.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

1) Claims for damage or defects reported after 2 years from the original purchase date.

2) Damages resulting from continued use of the machine after discovering a defect.

3) Damages to persons, pets, or property due to negligence or improper use of the machine.

4) Claims related to normal wear and tear on the ChefPaw spatula.

5) Claims for parts lost after initial use.
